Data controller

The data controller is Holiday World, the manager of Casa Brighella, based in Via San Luigi, Genoa (Sestri Ponente). For any request regarding your personal data, you can contact us through the channels listed on the Book page (WhatsApp or the contact form).

What data we collect

If you write to us through the contact form, we collect the data you voluntarily provide: name, email address, type of stay, expected duration and the content of your message. This data is used solely to respond to your request and manage any booking.

If you contact us directly on WhatsApp or by email, we process the data you share in that conversation, for the same purposes.

The site does not require account creation and does not collect payment data: bookings through Booking.com or Airbnb are handled directly by those platforms under their own privacy notices.

Embedded map

The "Where we are" page includes a map provided by Google Maps. When you view it, Google may collect data according to its own privacy notice, independent of this site.

Legal basis and retention

Processing of the data you send us through our contact channels is based on your implicit consent when contacting us, for the purpose of responding to your request. We retain this data for as long as needed to handle the request or the stay, and no longer than required by law (for example, tax obligations if an invoice is issued).

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, object to its processing and request data portability, under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR. To exercise these rights, contact us through the channels listed on the Book page.
